Originally from New York, William P. Sepulveda moved to Martin County and eventually Palm Beach County at a young age with the goal of protecting and serving his community. Before attending the University of Florida Levin School of Law, William earned his undergraduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. As a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University, William partnered with numerous local nonprofit organizations to contribute to Palm Beach County. William continued protecting our community in his role as Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office in West Palm Beach. As Assistant State Attorney, William successfully prosecuted over 70 jury trials involving violent and non-violent crimes against Palm Beach County residents. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, William worked at a large insurance defense firm where he handled all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial claims filing to litigation. William has represented major insurance companies in catastrophic auto negligence claims, bad faith claims, and liability claims. William brings his courtroom knowledge and experience, as well as his in-depth knowledge of insurance companies, to help his clients achieve a fair and equitable resolution.
William graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University and the Fredric G. Levin School of Law at the University of Florida. While in law school, William served on the executive board of the law school’s national trial team. As a defense attorney, William competed in seven national and state tournaments, winning two national championships and one state championship in evidence defense. William also received high honors in court practice, civil procedure, and prosecution clinics as a certified legal intern at the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, Florida, while a student at the University of Florida.
