Nicholas C. Maniotis has dedicated his legal career to personal injury litigation and advocacy for his clients.
Before joining Lytal Reiter Smith Ivey & Fronrath in January of 2023, Nicholas C. Maniotis worked for a well-respected insurance defense firm, focusing on personal injury for major insurance companies and corporations, where he gained insight into their practices, handling a heavy caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries. With this insight, Nicholas is dedicated to providing excellent legal representation to clients injured by the negligence of others.
Mr. Maniotis was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens with roots in Palm Beach County that date back generations. Nicholas earned his Associates Degree from Palm Beach State College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He majored in Political Science at Florida Atlantic University graduating Suma Cum Laude.
Nicholas’ passion for law was engrained through a family of lawyers. He obtained his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shephard Broad College of Law, graduating Suma Cum Laude. His desire for a legal career pushed him to graduate from law school a semester early, during which, he maintained the deans list his entire law school career, obtaining highest honors in criminal law, civil procedure, and legal writing.
While in undergraduate and law school, Mr. Maniotis attended over 20 jury trials, assisting attorneys in the areas of personal injury, and over his legal career, has tried dozens of cases, all focused on personal injury matters.
Nicholas enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time with family, and giving back to the community through his church in West Palm Beach. He resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Victoria, who also has deep ties to Palm Beach County providing healthcare to its residents and their families.
