Kevin Smith practices in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. He is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, the highest level of recognition for an attorney’s competence and experience.
Before joining LRSI&F in 1993, Kevin worked for a medical malpractice defense firm. Now working exclusively on the other side of medical malpractice claims, Mr. Smith has helped hundreds of victims obtain the compensation they deserve for their injuries. Kevin is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership consists of attorneys who have obtained a verdict or settlement of one million dollars or more.
