Brittany Baierlein joined Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath as a Paralegal/Investigator with 20 years’ experience in plaintiff’s Personal Injury. Her experience includes the pre-suit investigation and presentation of claims and preparation of cases during litigation through Trial. She is a Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar Association. Brittany began her paralegal career in 2003 at a small boutique Personal Injury Law Firm in Broward County. It was then she quickly realized her passion for helping people and has been devoted to it ever since. She obtained her Associate of Science degree in Legal Assisting in 2007 from City College. She then continued her education earning both her Bachelor of Science & Master of Science degrees in Legal Studies in 2010 from Kaplan University. Brittany has since become a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, The Florida Justice Association and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
Brittany takes great pride in gaining trust, building relationships with the clients, and providing a support system during their difficult times. With an extensive background in plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Brittany works closely with the attorneys and understands what it takes to think outside of the box to achieve the best results for their clients. She handles each case as if it were that of a family member.
Brittany is a Florida native. She has a teenage daughter who keeps her quite busy being a “dance mom.” In her downtime she enjoys DIY projects and spending quality time with friends and family.
